Hassle-free Returns:
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you're not satisfied, simply return the item(s) in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Free Returns for Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Just send us a photo or video as proof, and we'll take care of it.
Return Shipping Costs for Change of Mind:
If you change your mind or cancel an order after delivery, you'll be responsible for returning the product(s) at your own expense.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Order Changes:
Unfortunately, you cannot change your order once it's placed. However, if you need to update your delivery or contact information, please email us at customerservice@nestle-n-nook.com as soon as possible.
Price Fluctuations:
Please note that product prices on our website are subject to change due to cost variations. We don't offer refunds for price differences resulting from these fluctuations.
